Phase 01:

Market research. Brainstorming. Project planning. Product definition.

Phase 02:

Idea phase. Ideation sketching / renderings. Sketch CAD / CAS modeling. Full size / scale “tape drawings” to access proportions. Simple ergonomic models.

Phase 03:

Concept phase. High-end CAD models and renderings. Model making and prototype construction ( STL or 3D printing) in scale or full-size.

Phase 04:

Development phase. Detail design and engineering monitoring.
